f an order paid in advance is not carried out, we will refund the amount paid within 5 working days after cancellation of the order. When transferring money from abroad, please understand that bank charges for a transfer order must be borne in full. Should the amount in our bank account differ by a bank fee, we reserve the right to deliver until the order value has been paid in full.
